Shareef is Jory's other friend and also a special part of the Jory & Friends family.  Shareef is half German and half Indian, with family roots in India.  His story celebrates the beauty of growing up with different cultural backgrounds and learning to appreciate all the parts that make you who you are.  Shareef's and Jory's friendship is just another example for children to know when it comes to friendship, there are no boundaries of race or culture.
